Anyone else hitting the woods for that 11th hour deer? I’ll be filming a buddy of mine in hopes of getting a nice doe for the freezer to cap off the WI archery season tomorrow night!

Although tonight would be brutal 
Planning on skipping the 1st half of the Packer game sunday to close the season. 
I still have some fight left in me! I’ll be out again this weekend! This late season has not went well for me. Sure wish I would have taken some of my earlier chances.

I am after fish
Just got to iowa today. Didnt start so well.pulled off to side of road to park and go sit,then ditch monster sucked my pass side tires in. Had to get wrecker My buddy saw 7 does though and i saw a huge ten just before dark. for sure at least 140. Hunting through monday evening.
Good luck. I am hoping to get down to Missouri for a couple days still, but it does not look good right now.
Well the evening (and my season) ended with no luck. We bumped a deer out when we arrived at the blind and the deer never returned. The 3 hour sit was long enough in 3 degree temps and I’m glad it’s over. Now it’s time to search for sheds and maybe do some ice fishing. Until this fall….
