Bear meatballs
Pheasant goo-losh
Venison ring sausage over wild rice
Garlic venison sticks
Oh yes beer and wine will be had also.
These are the kind of meals you just can’t get at a restaurant. To top it off we all get to relive our hunting stories. I’m not sure what’s better, the company or the food? I can’t wait.

we do this about once every two or three weeks. Have been since i started college and going to finish the year out strong. Like you said Ferny, dont know what is better the food, drinks or company….also a good way to clean out the freezer.

If I ate that stuff tonite I was gas myself out of the woods tomorrow 
OMG I had some of the best wild game ever. These guys are some awesome cooks! Turned out the menu changed a little. The bear roast crock potted over apples with a little allspice was superb. The pheasant was on a bed of sweet potatoes with poblano peppers then a layer of proschuitto. Holy crap and some topping, it was fantastic. We had some pounded venison steak with proschuitto pesto wrapped on a dill pickle and rolled in some seasoning then broiled for appetizers. I couldn’t get enough! The Hoisen veni chunks were damn good too. It all made my ring sausage and wild rice and sticks look bush league. I really got to learn how to cook better!
