My 2nd Buck for the wall

    Originally thought I missed , as I didn’t find any blood. I went back to my stand for another 2 hours(which felt like forever). Climbed back down to double check and still found no blood. So I continued up another 20 or so yards and there he layed(still no blood). Perfect shot front left shoulder. Crazy sport this is, I went from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs all within a couple of hours.

    That is an awesome buck! Not that inches are what it’s all about but I would love to hear what he scored. And yes, hunting deer is an emotional rollercoaster! Congrats!

    Beautiful stag!!

    You hear of this from time to time (no blood trail). Curious…….what caliber did you connect with? Was it a pass through? Not an expert by any means but always found ballistics and impact placement fascinating.

    Again, congrats on the bruiser, I’m sure he’s going to look kckazz on the wall
