No bowhunting today, home with a sick 2 year old. Thankfully he is mostly over it, but couldn’t go to daycare cuz of a slight temp still……He just asked me if we could go for a ride in the truck to look for deer and go hunting in the woods!! 
That’s my boy!!! 
Can’t wait for the day that he can sit in a stand with me!!

But a daddy day isn’t all bad
Kids are great! Grace, my 4 year old loves waiting for me to come home from duck hunting. The last time I came in the garage with birds, she came running out to see a handful of ducks. Her reply, “Thatta Boy, Daddy! You hit some this time.” Too funny.
That’s cool that he wants to look for deer already! My daughter, when she doesn’t sit with me, asks me every night when I get home from deer hunting if I got one. You should’ve seen the look on her face Saturday morning when I asked her to help me drag him out!
