(learning from the pros on this site) I put out a mock scrape to see what would happen. Walking to the treestand seen there were a couple of fresh scrapes around the mock scrape i had put out two days earlier. So grab the code blue estrous, and put a few drops in the scrape, climbed in the tree and it wasnt ten minutes after getting all my gear hung up. Game On!! I looked up the trail and here he comes a 1-1/2 7 pointer why couldnt it be a 3-1/2 or older goes on the downwind side of those scrapes and he smelt something he liked circled a couple of times given me plenty of time to put the hammer down but I left the bow on the hook, got to let them go so they can grow. only seen the one deer, but still any bad day in the tree is better then a good day at work. Climbed out about 10am went to the truck and grabbed my trail cam and put it over the mock scrape, hopefully i can catch a mature deer using that scrape. Who knows thats why its hunting and not killing..

Sunday I made a mock scrape next to my stand in the dark and put some “Herd in a Stick” on the licking branch above the scrape. By 9 am I had two small bucks and 8-10 anterless deer visit the scrape. All seemed to be transfixed on the licking branch. The bucks both urinated and pawed up my new scrape. One buck was so impressed by “his” new scrape he bedded down and took a snooze for over a hour! I added more scent to the branch on monday. The scrape now is the size of a card table. It was quite entertaining!

I might have to start using this product after all of the success stories on this site. My mock scrapes are still being hit, but from the video’s I have got, none of the big boys are using the licking branches. THey just paw some dirt and keep moving.
