On my way out the door for a meeting I have scheduled with a buck named “Marvin” sure hope he got the memo! 15 degrees with a 4mph south wind. The wind finally stops, the bottom falls out of the thermometer, and the bucks are chasing……Couldn’t be more excited for this weekend of hunting, TGIF and that I don’t have to work!!!

We Good Movement Last night. This moring it was pretty slow!
Oh so close this morning. Kind of suprsing though didn’t want nothing to do with the does. Hopefully tonight!

Marvin missed the memo but, to my delight when I checked my cams, I learned that his uncle “melvin” is still around the area.

All in all, I had a good sit this morning. I saw several Does, 2 1.5yo bucks (who surprisingly wanted nothing to do with the does) and a cpl of fawns. I actually learned a lot by watching all of them, as they hung out for over an hour eating. I was able to convince 2 of the does to walk upwind and into range, so that was cool.
