Doe in estrous scents

    Has anyone used the Wildlife Research Center’s #1 Select Estrous? If so, how did it work?

    Also, how does it compare to the Special Golden Estrus version? Is it really better for twice the money or is it all marketing?

    I have never had much luck with Doe in heat scents in the past but was considering trying it again this year. At least it would help as a cover scent if the deer got downwind of me.

    I have used both with sucess. Not successful 100% all the time, but have fooled a few bucks with each. Not sure if one is better than the other.

    I’m not a big believer in cover scents as deer can differentiate between multiple scents that they smell.

    ive used both as well and have had better luck with the special gold… i havent done any testing side by side or anything, but i put my confidence into the special gold all things considered.
