I did not hear about a lottery for Muzzleloader is this for a certain area?

If you plan on muzzleloading in a lottery area and wanted the option of shooting a doe, you had to buy your muzzleloader license and put in for the drawing. If you are not planning on hunting a lottery area then you do not need to worry about it.
