I have a spot a couple blocks from my driveway that I am lucky enough to be able to hunt. The last couple nights out I have seen deer which was promising. The first a fork horn that get walking passes in the 300 Zones this year. They must have 4 points to a side for the next 3 years in an effort to grow some bigger bucks. I hope it works! Kids are exempt. But last night, Right below where my cross bow tip is, this nice doe walked out. I was 2 rows into the corn on a bucket. She saw me straight away…did numerous head bobs…snorted and ran back into the corn, but turned around and came back and offered me a 35 yard shot broadside! Nice! She did jump into the woods, but only made it 10 yards! The pressure is off! Now for the horns!!

Thanks all! I actually bought a stand and ladder sticks for this day because of all the south winds I have been dealt. But this evening I got the NW wind I needed! So the bucket won out!
