In some regards, I think this is the same deer and in some regards I think not. The velvet pic was taken at end of July, and the other on was taken Last November. I realize that the tines arent as long yet, but there was still some growing time after the pic. . The left mainbeam is what really makes me wonder….
If both pics are from the same area then you have my vote on this one for sure!! Nice deer, hasnt gained much since last year when he was mature for sure, he’d make my list for sure!!

It does look like the same deer.. BUT. I would think the deer from last year would be a little bigger this year.

That is the biggest thing that throws me, this years pic I would think he would be bigger than he is. That Left Main beam not hooking in is what really makes me think maybe…I know it would be easier with a better quality pic for the first one, but that is the only pic I got of him last year. These pictures are both from the same farm

That’s why i’m saying it’s not the same deer. It doesn’t look like a 6-7 year old deer so the rack would be bigger this year.
