Ok checked my Cuddebacks last Thursday. Had 2 with dead batteries Replaced batteries with Rayovac instantly the bat low light comes on They are brand new Messed around with them a little got the light off hung it and left. Went back yesterday no pics and dead batteries Moved them around again got it to work fine. Went back today with Duracells had 5 deer pics and dead batteries again The pics I got were great and it makes me even more wondering what I missed

Bottom line I will not buy Rayovac batteries ever again

But how about that 1st pic with the 4 bucks

    Gut,

Bought a Cuddy-Capture IR last year. Getting those batteries out is a fricken chore itself. I had trouble also getting the Cuddy to come on. The battery terminal ends were so darn tight, I had to pry them with a screw driver, then rotate the batteries around in order for them to work. I haven’t experienced any drained batteries, though. Check those metal terminal ends to see if they are in fact even making contact. My 2 cents.

Do you even have any young bucks around? I haven’t even come close to 110″ with my best buck so far. BTW- Gut have you ever had problems with Rayovac batteries before? That’s all I run due to price and never had an issue.

Same here I have had good luck with them, a couple of years ago one of my daughters classmates did a study on which brad of batteries lasted the longest for her scince fair project. One of the tests she did was to see which brand lasted the longest in a flashlight and Rayovac came out on top even beat out Duracell.
