I am having a super hard time picking out a good looking form for my ML buck from this past season and I’m running outta time. What are some of your favorite shoulder mounts you have? Maybe a pic of it or them. I usually stick to semi-sneaks or full-sneaks due to ceiling height. In the past I have used Jody Green’s semi-sneak w/head up, 2 Joe Meder semi-sneaks offset shoulder, Joe Meder full-sneak offset shoulder, and Dennis Behn’s 64D head down semi-sneak. The choices are overwhelming and it’s made picking out the right one a tough task. I’m sure it would look good on most all forms but just wondering if you guys have one that has caught your eye and just stands above the rest. Thanks in advance. Randy P.S. a wall ped or a flehming is just too much $.

Randy, I always mount mine as close as I can get to their head and neck position when I pulled the trigger.. Wait, I don’t have any. But I will when I do.

I am in the same boat! I have two bucks at the taxidermist and can’t make my mind up on either!

I always do semi-alert, 1/4 turned left or right, depending on the space I have planned on the wall. Don’t know the technical name but, that’s what I do and love em

The last buck I did I needed to do a full sneak right turned head because frankly I’m running out of room. Anyway, when friends ect come to my trophy room the first mount they go look at is the full sneak. Even though there are much larger ones. It is really cool looking. It adds some variance to the room.My favorite too!

I think the semi sneeks look the best. My next one will be a semi sneek with an offset shoulder!
