    I can’t take it any longer.

    The countdown is on!

    Only 235 more days until bow hunting in ND opens!

    Add 7 days for WI and 14 days for MN!

    It just got over (South Dakota) for me yesterday! I have a deercicle (frozen deer) at home in my truck I need to cut up before I can start counting the days until next season.

    Oh don’t worry I still have 5 deer I need to grind up for burger and Sausage. I just put my SD deer in the freezer last night!

    I just hope the 5 deer is enough for us this year.

    Rob-Can you buy a buck archery tag over the counter in ND? I know it’s almost impossible to get a rifle tag up there for non-residence.

    353 days for me! Only hunt the SD muzzleloader season over New Years weekend.

    Archery tags are OTC for Non residents in ND. They basically cost $215 for Archery tag & general lic.

    Rifle odds depend on area!

    In all fairness, I hit my head on the ice the night before so hard I put a crack from 3 mile reef to Hunter’s access. Should have had my helmet on that trip. Then later the next night I tumbled out of the ice house cuz someone left the door unlatched as I leaned up against it. When I got home, I had more bruises and bumps. Yet none from Stenger. I think a non-handicapped rematch is in order.

    NOW, back to the topic. 9/25/10 Yeeeehaaaaaa!!!

    I’m still looking for a place to hunt close to home. My mission after I get back from vacation is to start knocking on some doors. I hope to find a place somewhere between Cloud town and home. Would be nice to just sit in a stand during those amazing fall evenings!! Got some public spots picked out to check out also.

    Koots, I’m on the same mission with the lil guy coming. I’m going to have to find some spots A LOT closer to the Blaine area, especially for Stacie. Right now 2 hours is the closest piece we have direct access to.
