I have had a couplle people telling me that there is another gun season in WIyet this year? Anyone know about this? I have not seen any info on it on the DNR site, but who knows. Thanks for any info.

Today is last day for guns in herd control units then its bow only 
cwd units maybe gun untill the end of the year not sure on that one 
There is a “holiday hunt” in the cwd zones from around xmas time to just a little past new years. Not sure of exact dates but I can find out if you need them. Regular eab rules apply, must have a buck tag to harvest a buck and a doe will earn you a buck tag for next year.
just found it; Dec 24-Jan 3, under cwd hunting season structure on the dnr website we will be trophy hunting only as we have taken 2 doe already and dont want kill any more as our numbers have really gone down
