Scents

    Are most of you using scents this time of year? And if so, what brands do you like. Got the next two weeks off so hopefully the freezer will be filled with meat and fish. Thanks!

    I’ve never been a real big scent guy…though I have had good luck with Trails End. I’ve had both bucks and does stick around even after they’ve clearly winded me. They just couldn’t seem to get a handle on what that stuff was that they were smelling.

    Good luck and enjoy your time in the woods.

    Wildlife Research products. Trails end #307 Pre-Rut and Golden Estrus during the Rut. I have had many deer come up and smell and lick the wick with it on it. I would not hunt without one or the other.

    I use some, not much, but now is when I would start with it.

    Is anyone trying or going to try the ‘pee heater’ scent thing I see advertised once in a while?

    Wildlife researches detergents aren’t to shabby either, got 2 containers for doing my hunting clothes and have been using it for years.
