I rely on the PC70MHF for just about all of my river bass fishing. I have gone to 7’ for faster line pickup and hook sets. I do like a shorter rod for topwater and jerkbaits and the PC610HMF looks like it might be great for that application. I’m going to order one for myself.

Some of you may remember me talking about passing on some very decent 8 pters last year. Just not the deer I was looking for at the time, but very respectable deer. While I know there’s a good chance these aren’t the same deer, there’s also a chance they are!!! Here’s a sampling from the first pics off the trail cams in BC (as we like to call it in the bus!).
Now these deer only have to make it through the youth weekend, and away from the 2 guys that bowhunt this land. 
Oh well, they can’t get them all!
Now I’m going to have some sleepless nights again.

Some updated pics off the trail cams! Deer have made it through the youth hunt. The kids in our party took two does and a decent 8 pt during the youth hunt. 
Can we fast forward one month! 
I really like that third pic in the first set you posted. He is a really good looking deer! Best of luck in pursuing these guys!!
