Got my Muddy Safety harness in the mail yesterday. Never wore a harness before but bought some hang on stands and 20 ft tree steps so thought I’d better start. It’s just what i was looking for and comes with the linesman belt. Thanks Rob and Brad for pointing me in that direction!

No Problem. Over the last 4-5 years I tried a lot of different safety harness and the all left me not wearing it for various reasons. They were either to bulky, to noisy, to heavy, etc. I knew there had to be a better system so I kept looking. I first found the Loggy Bayou and loved it, until they stop making them. So then I came across the Muddy Outdoors one and have been liking it even more then my ol’ Loggy (which I still have) ever since!

Glad to hear that you like it Witte! Not only does Muddy Outdoors make a great safety harness, I believe their hang on tree stands and climbing sticks are among the best in the industry! And their camera arm is unbelievable too! We are in the process of talking with them on a possible partnership. More on that later…

Just looked at the website.. Those sticks do look nice. Good, light, easy to carry sticks are very valuable, expecially when you can’t use screw in steps (I prefer the sticks over screw-in steps anyway in every aspect besides ease of carrying…)

I’ll have to check those out next time I need some more sticks!

Mike, that is one product (sticks) that I have not tried yet from Muddy, as they are new this year. If you get some let us know how they work out!

The muddy sticks are hands down the best that I have ever used.
