Maybe they are too small, but they are the same size I had in the other issued boots.

You don’t want to tie Bunny Boots, I leave mine open, just slip them on and off. I wear one size larger than my shoe, and you have to have room for your feet to breath or the boots won’t do any good. For $30 you won’t find a better value

If you’re in the market for cold weather clothing… do NOT buy until you’ve tried on the Snosuit. Then try on the other products out there. You’ll know in a short amount of time which product is the right product for you.
If you want to see this product in action or even try it on look me up at the LOTW Get-Together. I wear an XL and I’ll be happy to loan it out for short test drives.

Is there a retailer besides Thorne’s that has Snosuit to try on? Does Cabelas, Gander, Fleet, Sportman’s or Scheels have them?

I honestly don’t know. But I can find out. I should be able to post back with this info some time early tomorrow.

I looked at the Snosuit website, clicked on the “retail outlet” button and only Thorne Bros showed up. I hope he can get some more retail support. He’s doing a good job marketing/advertising this year, so hopefully he can state his case to the buyers and get some shelf space. It would be nice to try a suit on!

Where are you going to be on Opening Day?

I know it’s a little early, but after scouting and putting some trail camera’s out, lets get it started!

Me, I will be in Buffalo County – hopefully getting a chance at a big buck, otherwise a mature doe will due for the QDM objectives with the landowner.

I will be in Clark County, sitting in my Covert blind praying Jackie doesn’t punch another hole in the roof! I’m hoping she gets a crack at her first ever whitetail deer. We’ll be sitting on the edge of a bean field!

I will also be in Buffalo county…Nebraska that is. Right along the Platte River ready and waiting

If I can get my food plots to grow, I’ll be up at Cushing, WI in Polk County. Early plots burned out due to lack of rain, so were gonna give it another crack with a fall blend tomorrow.

If I can’t get my plots to grow, I’ll be up in Burnett County, WI hunting a natural food source.

WI Opener – I will be in Buffalo Co. hoping I will not see a shooter. I know that sounds weird but what on earth would I do for the rest of the WI bow season! I know… I would end up being a slave behind the camera…

MN Opener – Depending on what I get on trail cameras and see while scouting, I will be either on our land over by Pierz or back over in Buffalo Co. WI.

I’m with Brad. I will be in Buffalo hoping to not see a shooter. It would make for a long season trying to ditch work with a big buck down. Great post and I’m glad my brother in-laws, sisters, cousins, uncle is not getting married and messing up my opener. Sucks to be Lip………

    Better you then me Brad!

Oh, I’m sure I will get my fill in Dan. If all goes well I will be holding a 170″ class buck before you even have a chance to sit. I just got an update from ND and another farm we have permission on “The Pines” Paul spotted 7 P&Y’s on it Saturday, including two Tanker 5×5’s, one that gave Stacie the slip last year.

I am really wrestling with this one…. I have been since we picked up the 120 acres. Traditionally, I go to my cousins, my moms home place, near Spring Hill, MN. Its all along the Sauk River and has some good bucks, its farm land, so they follow the woods along the water. I have been doing opener on and off there pretty much since the early 80’s. I know it would be fun, it always is, but I would also like to start my own tradition, with the new land and a new group. They are all bowhunters too. I also could go with the gang on the eastside of the pond, that’s always a hoot too. Then to complicate matters more… I see Brad may be in Buffalo county for the MN opener, so then I could sneak over to Pierz… Good question Craig, looks like I don’t have an answer yet…. Oh yeah, I could always sit in the backyard too…

Probably won’t be carry a bow on opening day as my bow will be set-up for our elk trip the following week. But will be in a stand with my daughter to see if she can put some venison in the freezer. Will be hunting about 10 miles south of Thorp in Clark County.

opening morning ill probably be in the “funnel” The stand is in between a lake and a pond and ive taken a few does out of there. The trails look good right now going through there and i hope the camera tells me there are some decent does and maybe a shooter

I’ve seen Danielle shoot…you had better make room in that freezer now cuz the girl can flat out put the down on those whitetails! Should be a fun opener..looking forward to the women providing for once!

I only hunt bow in MN, but I’ll be at a wedding near Boscobel, WI. At least I am in charge of the booze for the event.

I can’t believe that someone would pick their wedding date on a national holiday!

Got a spare freezer downstairs just in case we need it.

Better look out for Dannir…”looking forward to the women providing for once!” are fighting words don’t ya know. Especially after all the deer she has put in the freezer the past 4 years. I am sure she’ll have some words for her uncle!

MN opener I will be hunting western Pine County high in a pine just off a Tamarack bog.
I love the added concealment that pine trees provide ALL year long.

hope to be in the woods somewhere. depends on the weather and how the harvest is going as to where.
we have had some awfully warm early octobers in wc ill. if its too hot for a sweat-free hike to a stand, i will probably turkey hunt.

    Hey Guys,
Well it looks like by bow opener may start alittle late this thing called a damb job is getting in the way that weekend. Whenever I do get out I’ll be on the Red River somewhare chasing a big 5×5. Or I could be 45 minutes north
of town chasing a big 9 pointer. I

It very well could be or the stress induced heart attack he will give me. Every time I see him he likes to show off how his rack is so tangled up and nasty he gets bean stalks wrapped up in them. Most bucks put their head down and boogy, he thinks he is an elk running with his head tilted back…I hate him.

The old boy has never been on a trail camera mind you I have a perimeter of them similar to the sonar fence the US put up for Russian subs during the cold war and he only shows up before September 15, when I am driving farm equipment, when I have no weapon or in-between rifle and muzzleloader season.

Either way opener 2009 will be a whole new kind of sneak attack on him…that I’m sure he has already figured out.
