41″ Montana Buck

    This buck was taken in area 270, in the east fork of the Bitterroot area. The buck was almost not taken, as the hunter first thought it was an elk moving through the brush. It was taken by a state trooper friend of my nephew (also a state trooper in Montana) They haven’t gotten the official scoring back, but with the deductions, it seems that it will fall short of the state record.
