I was bow huntin’ last night and a gun hunter comes walking in the woods and parks his butt about 80 yds from me at 4:25. Now, we are both on private property and 40 yds from the fence-line that divides the property.

Starting 3 mins after he sat down, this guy grunted on the Grunt call more then i have grunted the last 3 yrs combined in the stand. He didn’t stop the entire sit, he just kept grunting and grunting…..

I call Coppertop after the hunt and ask him what he would do in a situation like that and he said; “I just blow on my Grunt like a KAZOO, right back at him.”

Well, this a.m. the guy comes back and sits his butt a little further down the fence line and starts up again…. i text Coppertop and tell him “GRUNT MASTER” is back looks like the Kazoo is comin’ out.

All i can say is it worked. he started into the 2nd set in the first 5 mins and i started making my Grunt tube sound like a Cow about to give birth….

The guy sat there until 10:00 and i didn’t hear another sound.

    It was Hilarious

Yep! Time to fire up the 2 piece band, grunt, can, grunt, can, grunt, can, grunt, can, they usually get the point after a minute of music!

until I saw where your from I thought for sure you were talking about the neighbor where I hunt. Opening weekend in sept he is banging horns together like crazy and one evening he climbed in the stand about a hour before dark and used his buck roar til dark…

Honestly, what do you guys expect. You see all of these hunting shows where they are CONSTANTLY grunting, rattling, canning etc and in come the deer. The average Joe does not know any better.

i agree, some guys think you can grunt in a deer all day long because the tv shows and commercials are misleading them. when i see people walking by or coming by i would like to make myself known. If i saw somebody siting in the woods i would not go near either. its just reciprocity, do to others what you want done to you. some hunters dont understand this like Grunt Master here. some one should tell him about proper hunting ethics when hunting near others.
