Well I had to stop by Gobblers house on my way home from work to see the new specimen just in from the taxidermists. After just moving into a new place and not having the internet yet I thought I would share a few pics of Gobblers bowkill buck from Oct 21, 2007. Congrats on an awesome deer!

    Beautiful deer!

You can blame Owens-Corning for the wall color!

That pose has alot of character. I had my 150″ 11 point mounted in that same pose, except mine looks the other way.

    So, what did he score?

Big G, Josh Linn from Artistic Taxidermy formally from Richmond, now in Detriot Lakes. He is a young guy you has a passion for taxidermy and eye for detail. His shoulder mounts and typical MN fish (walleye, large-smallmouth bass, northerns, perch, pannies etc.)blow my mind. He still has a small shop and drop off in Ricmond. He is small and does all the work himself. If you’re ever interested let me know and I’ll PM you his cell #.
