Supposedly this deer was either hit by a train and flew up there or it was hoisted up when they stretched the wires or just a prank by someone.
I’m guessing prank because the deer is missing part of its rear legs where the train probably ran it over and then someone decided to be funny and hoisted up there. Not sure how they got the rope off though. 
Either way… pretty amazing photo.
