Got this in an email from a buddy down south…
Ron Harp, shot this 22-point buck from 72 yards at his 50-acre farm in Siloam Springs. He watched this buck for 5 full minutes before taking the shot when the buck took off running towards the woods. This buck is currently the largest buck checked in to date in the state. While not being officially measured yet, his spread measured 23-1/2″ inside to inside, the unique drop tine is 8 -1/2″ long, and the base of the brow tines measured 6-1/2″ around each. We estimate the deer to be 4-5 years old. He only weighed 176 pounds before dress. He literally shot this buck from the tripod I set up there 3 years ago not 250 yards from his back door.
