So I got out today for the first time bow hunting this evening due to a business deal that has had me working 7 days a week and 10-16 hours a day…mostly 15. Today all the work was done I had to do so I got out fishing caught a few panfish. Then at 5:30 I decided to head out for a spot and stalk quick hunt…………………………………………………………………………………….. And Well I shot my first deer with a bow and can’t wait to find it! shot it at 6:10 so a little while till I can go chase it it seemed like a good shot just behind the shoulder. I was using lighted knocks so it was easy to see. The deer ran about 100 yards through a field then stopped my arrow fell out about 50 yards from the shot full of red blood. A couple of friends are on their way to lend a hand.(they are much more experienced than me with bow hunting)
