2007 first last night…….

    Well I decided last night o go out on stand witht he cool weather and the sun actually coming back out…..well after getting into stand I did not see much for the first hour but than during the last hour or so it changed….had the same dang fork come by me three times just wish he was a doe! Than the woods woke up big time I saw three different bucks harrassing does within a hundred yards of me. The does had ZERO interest as they were just trying to graze on acorns but these three bucks would get there noses right behind the does and harass them till the does ran off….the one was a for sure shooter but never got with 50 yards of me so I just sat back and watched for some entertainment. That is a good sign of things to come I hope now if this 60 degree weather would just STAY AWAY things would be awsome! Bring on Halloween week guys!!!!

    Thanks for the report. Really gets me fired up because i start vacation on wednesday and will be off until Nov 5TH. I will be out hunting them hard

    From, what ive seen the bucks are starting to get ready but the does have ZERO interest in em, ive seen A LOT of bucks fighting lately and one of them must of been having a bad day b/c they tore up a 9 inch evergreen tree bad.

    It won’t be long, 3rd or 4th frost and then from there on. The bucks are definately strutting thier stuff and have put on alot of weight big time, thier primed and ready to go here.
