1st thing, all of you that get the all-season deer licence, especially if you are planning on hunting a Lottery Deer area, make sure to read up on the updates. You will need to apply for a anterless permit by the Sept. 6th deadline.
Now this is where I feel like a bit of a dumb 
for having to ask. I’ve never hunted muzzleloader, and I am planning on hunting zone 1 rifle and zone 4 muzzleloader. Best I can tell, is that I will need the All Season??? 
Am I right?

Mn does not allow you to buy a gun lisc. than purchase the muzzlelader tag seperate as well. I believe you only apply for doe tags if you hunt a zone that is nice intensive harvest or managment area.
