Very nice Mr.Whitetail. I don’t know what’s prettier, that last set of sheds or your wonderful smile!.. Either way, I know of a couple guys that recently had children and need a good excuse to get out of the house this spring. Let me know if you need an extra set of eyeballs on one of your outings. I promise I won’t drag you to an area with nothing but breastless pheasants like i did a few years back.

those are some nice sheds. Looks like you pick the right time of the year to find them

Im still not seeing anything that has dropped yet, but I have heard of a few. I got this one on camera yesterday…..This time of year they could drop at any time

I went to check out an new area I have permission to hunt, but never knew it existed on Sunday afternoon. I happened to see a huge 12 pointer on my way to work one morning and I believe he lives in this new area. I talked to the neighboring land owners and they had a pix of this boy on their trail camera this summer, but never seen him during the daytime.
I did some quick scouting of the valley and happened across one half of a rack laying along side a recent bed on a sidehill. It’s just a four point, but it was a nice discovery for just a two hour search. I have an area of about 250 acres with about 40 acres of an overgrown pine trees to checkout. I found plenty of beds in the pine trees, but no sheds. I may have to let this area settle down for a while hoping with time I’ll be able to do some more looking for sheds without spooking the deer out for good.
