    Did anybody score in Ripley? I was hoping for a report or two.
    I just cant wait for next Saturday. was there any rut activity?

    Gutpile wasn’t that what Big G and I were warning you about Weds. night???? Them ********, hope the guy takes down all the mirrors in his house , because I don’t know how you could look your self in the eyes after that.

    yeah you guys told me but there is alot of what if’s
    what if could let him lay
    what if i made a better shot
    what if i had more time
    that deer layed down 3 times in the last 100 yrds i think he was about done but im glad we caught him and he didn’t get away but i’m still sick about it

    GUTPILE bad deal man. Ishot a doe thursday morning not my intentions but at 7 yards you have to do it. I never saw a horn. did you shoot to far back on that buck or what. i have seen such a zoo in the woods.

    Gutpile, I got an icky feeling just reading your post. Wondering where you hit the deer and is there a written regulation regarding who gets the deer. From someone who lives for hunting deer and letting all deer walk but big bucks my heart goes out to you! Just to let you know, on the back page of the sports section in the St. Cloud times are pics of three Ripley bucks and the hunters. Is one of these yours?

    I sat from sun up til sundown and never saw a deer!!! I used all the same sop I use at home but nothing..Not what I expected. Too bad on a nice buck gutpile,feel for you
