    Farmers almanac says a mild winter, we get a few of these early cold spells once in awhile then it gets back to normal.

    These weather patterns usually last 5 weeks this time of year. So, a colder than normal October and then a warm November and early December. We will have really cold water and really late ice is my prediction. Should make for good fishing and hunting but not the best ice fishing
