    Thats got to hurt! Any animal with something like that run into it would be sore. Looks like the bloods fresh too.

    My guess is he shot it.Look at the blood from the mouth & nose,looks like a lung shot to me.I have shot deer threw the lungs and they had foaming blood from the nose and mouth.Either way it will make one heck of a mount.Just my 2 cents.

    Looks like out west or one of the plains states. It must have been a fight for it to go in that deep.

    Definately a nice buck! My guess is that the other buck tried to free himself and ended up slitting this poor guys throat. He either broke it off before or after the other died.
