    This guy was another “cookie cutter” 4×4 that I had an encounter with. Just not quite big enough for me to pull the trigger. I had him from my ground blind @ about 12 yards. He knew something was up and did not stick around long.

    Tell me about it. I cant wait for september. A week and a half ago i went out with my brother in-law to video tape him for Iowa’s late season hunt for doe’s. We were just about to our stands and i saw the biggest 12 point ive ever seen in person. I know for a fact he was pushin 190 typical, and that isn’t exagerating. That got me all pumped up for sept.
