2005 Field and Stand Pics

    I finally got around to downloading a ton of pics that i had taken from this p[ast year while in stand or in the field. I will post pics as I’m able to resize some. I forgot about some of these encounters I had. Especailly with this BAD BOY . Kind of dark, but you get the picture. What a beauty buck. I need to get a better camera. These cameras do not perform well in lowlight conditions Kind of kicking myself now, but this guy would not score that great and I had my eye on a few different ones.

    Last one of this guy I think. I had 2-3 close encounters with this boy! I had this guy at 7 yards one morning

    This guy was out of bow range but was curious to the grunting and antler crashing he heard I think he was a nice 8. Did not get the best look at him. Looks to me to be a Tweener buck. Not quite big enough, but makes you shake in your boots after he leaves

    This guy was real close, pretty much righ underneath me. He had a Broken Brow & G2 tine . Her also had a long irregular point down by his brow This guy was impressive

    To a guy who never sees Deer, much less Bucks like these, your pictures are awesome! It’s fun to know they’re running aaround out there. Thanks for posting them!

    This 5×5 really made me squirm. I really think that he would have made book. He just makes my 22″ rule, that I look for and he has some mass ecspecially his right side. I put this guy around 128-130″ mark. I had this guy around 15 yards, broadside, stopped, out in the clear and at full draw in ND this year. But, alls I kept hearing was no don’t shoot, the 22 pointer is still out there

    Oh well

    Thats a strong 5×5. Can’t waite to see the pictures next year. I assume he’ll be on the ground.
