Kid is ready.

This years deer season is going to be very special for me.My oldest boy Cole(Kid Hale)is going to hunt the slug season next week-end with me and I’m pumped.This year he has hunted goose,ducks,pheasant,and now he’ll give the old whitetail a try.
He is going to shoot a 20 gauge 870 for his slug gun.He has been shooting a 12 for everyhting else but I thought the 20 would be a better choice as far as the recoil.Here is a nice shot group from him today.3 @ 50 yards and 3 @ 25 yards.How do you like the funky green paint? Put it on the box so it would be easier for him to see.

I love my twenty guage, smooth bore, shoots great, year after year. That is an awesome group, those deer are gonna fall. Ryan, I hope you guys have warmer weather than I will have tomorrow morning. BRRRRRRRR!!
