well I am coming to the conclusion that it’s time to take down my stands for the winter… 
all in all it was a good year. saw some amazing deer, had quite a few 130-140 come under me early and didn’t pull the trigger, really wanted a certain deer this year and it just didn’t happen.
I did get some freezer food for the winter though. Ended up taking a couple does and they will make great beer sticks and sausage! 
pulling out the ice fishing gear tonight.
