I just got word through the grapevine that this Buck has been seen about 4-5 miles away from where i’m at. While this doesn’t suprise me, it does mean the bucks are on the move….

…. AT NIGHTIME!

I’ve been on vacation all week …so far I haven’t seen any big boys yet! By the weekend it may be more productive though. This warm weather isn’t helping to get things movin. I had a nice 1 1/2 year old eight pointer go by me at 10 yards this morning around 8:00 a. m. He definately was lookin for some lovin! Monday morning I seen five deer. One small buck was even chasin a doe fawn around. You can get thrown in the slammer for that can’t ya???

As we were walking in to get him, we spooked up another buck that was nearby . All I know is I’m feeling good about the morning
