Post your 2005 deer pics here they can be trail cam pics or pics of your hunt by bow or gun or any other legal method. Please lets just post pics of deer here that have been taken by you or someone you know I do not want to see pics from the web in this thread that we do not have details on that might not be real, those kinds of pics can be posted in there own thread. Also just a heads up here IDA will not tolerate any negative comments about a buck that was too small, why did you shoot it, any pics are welcome here everyone has there own standards on what a trophy is to them.

Here is a couple pictures from opening weekend. My brother-in-law Todd Ritter scored on a dandy 8 pointer opening day. We saw lots of bucks but Todd was the only one to score. This was his first Bow Kill..not a bad start!

Here is the story behind the deer. This was shot up at my cabin near Park Rapids. The buck came in about 6:45 PM and was feeding on one of our Clover food plots. The Mathews Q2 did its job real well with a perfectly placed shot.

We saw a total of 9 different bucks between the two of us for the weekend. Two would have been shooters. Todd got his, my arrow hit a BIG branch and shattered First time for everything!!

Here is a 9 point buck I shot in Illinois on Sunday October 8th. He was pushing a doe already. She was urinating all over herself when he came in and charged her from behind with his antlers. Then my arrow ended his hot pursuit.
Also I am submitting a pic from my hunting buddy Kirk who arrowed this nice 10 point two hours before me on the same farm.

Crop and size your pic and save it in your computer as a jpeg remember 450 pixels on it’s largest side.

The name of the file can not contain any spaces or characters like @ # * .

Once saved to your computer go in and post a message in the forum of your choice.

After your post is typed in leave the box checked that says “I want to preview my post and/or attach a file”

Then there will be a box marked “browse” click this and it will take you to “your computer”

Select the picture you want to post by clicking on it, this will put the picture in the browse box…

Click continue and your all done….

If you have anymore questions feel free to give me a shout.
