    Sweat drop tine that is awesome, just to bad someone didn’t get to whack it. Been seeing the car to deer ratio more and more with big bucks getting hit in the last couple years.

    That is a kick a** looking rack. Do you suppose the driver gets to keep the rack for the damage to his car. I always wondered who pays for the damage to the vehicle. If you have an animal that causes damage I am pretty sure that you are responsible for the damage. Maybe we can get the state to pay for deer kills. Yeah right

    The state only owns the deer when owning the deer means it will make money for them. If it will cost them money, they don’t own it. The way I see it is if you are going to fine and arrest someone for shooting YOUR deer out of season…then you should be responsible when YOUR deer does damage to someones car, garden, crops, etc. Call me crazy, but thats my opinion.
