That would be Thursday Thursday evening means my butt will be planted in front of the TV @ 8:30 watching the best show on TV. North American Whitetail . The only bad thing about this week I think there will be no Stan Potts Hunts again this week .

That is after I get done shooting my back up bow tonight at my 3-D Course in my back yard. Any of you guys that live in the North Metro that do not have a good spot to shoot, give me a shout. It is often more fun shooting with a few people. I usualy have 10-20-30 and 40 yard targets set up. Some 3-D some targets. It depends on how many I have up North at the time. I shoot off my Porch top which is about 12-15 feet higher than one target and about 10′ higher than the others. Helps simulate tree stand shots.

Thursday night means it’s time to start the weekend early and enjoy some non-alcoholic beverages

My stand sits right on the property line and sitting in my neighbors yard right next to my stand is an apple tree
I wonder why the deer always come thru his yard before they cross the road out to the field
And of course it was by pure accident that I picked out this tree to practice out of.

Actually Dan all three pics are taken from my stand at 20 yards, just used the zoom to get closer.

    Looking better at 20 yards
But still room for improvement, practice, practice, practice

It’s 7:30pm and time for Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild ROCK AND ROLL BABY!!!

“Cocked, Locked,And Ready to Rock,Doc” Ted’s favorite saying. Are you getting him on a small dish? Or city cable?

I met him at the National Indoor Archery Tournament in Kansas City, ages ago, he is more animated in person than he is on the show. Quite a character.
