Low 160’s I would guess… What part of the world is this buck from?
September 2, 2015 at 2:50 pm #1563592Someone is feeding him a lot of corn, he is fat! Net 150-155, not much for tine length, but decent mass. Must be last years pics with snow on the ground.

These pictures are from a friends property in MN.
Pete SPosts: 277September 2, 2015 at 11:09 pm #1563670I’m certainly no expert but I would guess low to mid 140’s. Mid 40’s on beams. 17-18 spread, tines – 2-7-7-3-2 and up to 40 in the circs?? Hard to tell off photos, let us know when he hits the dirt. He would win most big buck weigh in contests
jon amundsonPosts: 143September 3, 2015 at 7:40 am #1563697I’d put him at about 150. Very nice mass on the one side. He’s old and heavy. Good luck with him!!
September 3, 2015 at 11:22 am #1563770I don’t know anything about scores, but one hell of a neck on that boy!!
September 4, 2015 at 8:24 am #1563955I do not believe that he would break the 150 mark. So take him down and we will know for sure. But those pics were taken last winter, now he has a new set of head gear. rrr
September 7, 2015 at 8:19 pm #1564371That is an awesome buck! The score wouldn’t do this deer justice. He just isn’t symmetrical enough I have got him low 130’s maybe 137 at tops. Huge mass on his left not on the right not as many times on the right as the left. If his right matches the left then you are looking at a 170ish. However there is only one way to tell KNOCK ‘EM DOWN!!!
mattgroffPosts: 585September 7, 2015 at 9:10 pm #1564386Nice deer but I’m with rrr on this one. Maybe 140. I got a handful of nice bucks on the wall and one is a 142 and it looks bigger than that buck. Great deer. but Pictures also don’t do justice. Good luck. Whack him.
September 7, 2015 at 10:03 pm #1564395I would say grosses in the high 140s may be just over 150. Will net in the high 130s. What does he look like this year? Go get him and good luck. Willy

September 10, 2015 at 5:57 am #1564838This is an OLD shooter buck. You can score him after you put a tag on him. Good luck.

That might be in the rut, but look at his side and rear legs, he is well fed. Looks like a bucket on the ground in front of him in the first pic. Click on the pic to enlarge it.
He is not an old deer, 3.5 would be my guess, straight back, straight belly, doesn’t look old to me.
September 10, 2015 at 11:17 am #1564902I would agree he is VERY well fed and he is in rut, both which make him look quite large. I also think he is an older deer. Hard to tell from his posture about belly and back sag, but his hind quarters and chest are huge, he appears to have short legs and his face and nose look old to me. 5.5 or older would be my guess.
