    Hunting NE corner of Mille Lacs zone 157… using the crazy weather as an opportunity to bring my 5 & 7 year old out in the stand with me in the afternoon.

    Glassed a couple of our fields before dark. Saw a 130 class buck in my food plot.

    Good luck out there today fellas! I have no idea why I’m awake at this hour since I’m not hunting this year. I haven’t actually deer hunted in a few years now since we got the dogs. Earlier this week and again last night I spent some time flipping through my hunting scrapbooks, reliving the stories of past deer seasons with Billy and our group. Such fun memories! 🤗

    Present. I changed my mind last minute . Didn’t get things ready till yesterday. I was going to wait till muzzle season. But figured I needed some tree stand therapy

    In the woods. Hunting with my oldest daughter. Oldest son is it also. Movement was slower this morning than early this week for me.
