    What’s your favorite line for deep water Perch fishing – I have tried nearly every super line & loved em all..as long as it was in a hi-viz color

    I perch fish in the winter in 50ft to 80ft. If I’m searching and hole hopping, I use a ML or M rod with 8lb braid down to the pencil weight, a 2ft mono leader (usually 4lb) below that to my panfish jig. If I locate the school, then set up on them I will use one of my noodle rods with 3lb mono or floro with the heavier tungsten panfish jigs
