2 of the spindles look crooked.

Rail needs to withstand 200lbs horizontal pressure.
Heck, if the structure is less than 30″ above the ground you don’t even need a rail.

Since everyone else is pointing out stuff. I might as well join in the fun. You left your window open. I hope it is not too costly/hard to fix.
