I promised many of you an update as soon as the new Moxies arrived. We just received our initial order!
A couple quick pics for you to look at. I shot a side by side with the standby ringworm for comparison. It is a bulkier body and obvious tail size difference. The Moxie is also a very soft, hi-grade plastic, meaning they will fish very slowly with great tail action even in cold water temps and or, when a slow presentation dictates the bite. Many plastics look great in the package, but sad to say, they have so much filler material, the action is just unusable when fishing anything less than aggressive.
River Rat Randy had a chance to throw a few on a guide trip today…..looks like the “secret spot” is still holding some fish. Thanks for the field-testing Captain RRR.
