Hi all!
Let me tell you a little about our company first.
Sturdiwheat Foods is a family owned company in downtown Red Wing, MN and we make easy to prepare mixes that are favorites across the country. One of our customers suggested I look into advertising with IDO because he could not believe how few people were familiar with our products, especially the local fishermen!
To cut to the chase, we make 3 flavors of fish coating mixes from premium ingredients and fresh spices that can be used on your fresh catch or just about anything you can fit in the pot. Most recently, we made a batch of the Ellsworth Cheese Curds coated in the Lemon flavor and they were the best fried curds I have ever had! The citrus flavor was so different (and better) than the norm but you will probably have to try it to believe it.
For those of you who read ingredient labels, our mixes are All Natural and MSG Free which is pretty unique in the batter world. We also have a line of pancake mixes that are perfect for camping or the cabin because all you have to come up with is water! No eggs, no milk, no oil—Just add water! They are so simple and come in 6 flavors: Original, Buckwheat, Apple Cinnamon, Raspberry, Banana, and Almond Pecan.
