When he gets to making the firecracker paddle tails, maybe he can put out a fire n ice paddle as well.
January 31, 2007 at 8:55 pm #28655I think his next PT is going to be purple chart tail. I haven’t heard anything about adding a fire-n-ice PT… in fact I think I heard rumor he was considering dropping fire-n-ice from the ringworms as it has been a slow seller. Its a darn good color so that would be a shame.

January 31, 2007 at 8:59 pm #1434982If you want to know what colors to buy, I would suggest all of them. I would also suggest watching Holst and Stewart’s DVD on river fishing. They will tell you the best colors. Also, look back at some of the fishing reports from the two mentioned above along with Tom G. also.
January 31, 2007 at 9:21 pm #1434983Ditto on this suggestion….get them all if you can. Consider it an investmenmt that will bring you unlimited hours of fishing fun. I’m real close on all the plastics except for new colors that come out and am working on getting all the colors and sizes of BFishN’s jigs…talk about tough paint !!

I’ll be seriously bummed if he drops that color. It’s one of my most consistant colors on the Wisconsin River in winter and spring. Especially when paired with a firecracker glitter jig head. Guess I better stock up.

I agree 100% James…Maybe he will think twice when the “clearance” sale Fire n Ice Ringies get sucked up like shiners under the full moon!

January 31, 2007 at 11:48 pm #28663What are the best colors to order P.S. should the jig heads be the same color.

February 1, 2007 at 12:39 am #28667My only question is when will Dean have these in stock?
Heavy Weight—jig head colors are usually contrasting to color of plastic but that is only a generality. I think black jig heads work probably 75% of the time but there are days(or portions of days) when each color is hot. We have a huge collection of ringworms,Super doos and Paddletails and I think at some point every color in the bag has been hot—and cold. The same is true for jig colors. The trick is if you pick up a couple new colors every time you go to Everts you will have a bagful in no time and it is painless to the wallet. Seems like Spring is really good for Super Doos so these are coming out just in time!February 1, 2007 at 12:39 am #530980My only question is when will Dean have these in stock?

CrankbaitPosts: 365February 1, 2007 at 11:58 pm #1434988I’ve had some very memorable days in the B’dub pitching doos. Those colors will be deadly. Those Crooked Lake smallies aint gonna know what hit um! Any plans for a brown/orange tail ringy? I know, never satisfied!
