Oh, I agree. They’ll catch fish. But tell me why we had to threaten Dave with head trauma to get them made?
January 31, 2007 at 1:44 pm #1434969Good,no, make that Great News!!!!!!
Why didnt we think of those colors……
Definetly time-tested proven color patterns for as good of vertical plastic that there is in the business!
Thanks!

January 31, 2007 at 2:45 pm #1434971now if he’ll just get some paddle tails in firecracker with chartreuse tails !! life will be better
January 31, 2007 at 2:50 pm #1434972I think he said a week – 10 days for the firecracker chart tail paddletails.
John SchultzInactivePortage, WIPosts: 3309January 31, 2007 at 2:50 pm #1434973When he gets to making the firecracker paddle tails, maybe he can put out a fire n ice paddle as well.
January 31, 2007 at 2:55 pm #1434974I think his next PT is going to be purple chart tail. I haven’t heard anything about adding a fire-n-ice PT… in fact I think I heard rumor he was considering dropping fire-n-ice from the ringworms as it has been a slow seller. Its a darn good color so that would be a shame.

I’ll be seriously bummed if he drops that color. It’s one of my most consistant colors on the Wisconsin River in winter and spring. Especially when paired with a firecracker glitter jig head. Guess I better stock up.

I agree 100% James…Maybe he will think twice when the “clearance” sale Fire n Ice Ringies get sucked up like shiners under the full moon!
John SchultzInactivePortage, WIPosts: 3309January 31, 2007 at 3:35 pm #1434978Oh man..I’ve been waiting for those firecracker/chart paddles since I first thought about it last Fall…this is Great news. Thanks Dave
January 31, 2007 at 5:48 pm #1434979What are the best colors to order P.S. should the jig heads be the same color.
January 31, 2007 at 6:39 pm #1434981My only question is when will Dean have these in stock?
Heavy Weight—jig head colors are usually contrasting to color of plastic but that is only a generality. I think black jig heads work probably 75% of the time but there are days(or portions of days) when each color is hot. We have a huge collection of ringworms,Super doos and Paddletails and I think at some point every color in the bag has been hot—and cold. The same is true for jig colors. The trick is if you pick up a couple new colors every time you go to Everts you will have a bagful in no time and it is painless to the wallet. Seems like Spring is really good for Super Doos so these are coming out just in time!January 31, 2007 at 7:21 pm #197751OK, they might not actually be “NEW” colors to the BFT line-up but they are two of our most popular ringworm colors, firecracker & cotton candy, now available in the Super Doo line.
Firecracker
Cotton Candy
These Super Doos are one of the best finesse walleye, sauger & smallmouth plastics on the market. Each bait has hand cut tentacles to maximize tentacle movement when these baits are fished slowly.
