VERY nice colors too. Oh…yes… VERY nice fish too Dean. Guess I got alittle excited in seeing the new colors on this sweetheart of a bladebait and thoughts in my head of the big walleyes they will catch that I missed that HUGE female sitting in your lap. Thats my kind of female- big gut and scales. [guess you know why I’ve been single for the last 14 1/2 years] VERY nice Dean and Dave. You’ve got a sure winner there and just in time for the fall fishin and before the spring fishin starts.
    Thanks, Bill

OK, so it isn’t exactly a secret or a new lure but we have had a couple “leaks” by some the guys out field testing this product and people started talking and asking questions. So we told them it was a secret.

Next thing you know we’re getting bombarded with questions about a new secret lure!

Here’s the scoop. We’ve been working with Dean Marshall, manager of Everts Resort, for over 8 months to come up with a line of bladebaits with paint schemes that anglers actually used on the river.

Dean is one of the best blade bait anglers we’ve ever met so he’s had a big hand in helping us refine the colors we plan to offer.

Back in April when Dean first tested these blades he landed the biggest walleye of his life the first day out… a 12Lb 10 Oz. piggie!

We had a couple changes to make before we could release them. Thankfully they’re finally ready to go.

Since Dean is the guy responsible for helping us roll this new product out he’s going to be the only source for better than a week. At that time we’ll throw them out on our website but for now… Everts is the only place to get them!

They look sweet. What ever happened to the jigs you guys were going to put out designed specifically for dragging? Did that idea end up in the circular file?

We’ll be bringing them out right around the first of the year. The delays can be blamed on a couple really picky guys helping with the testing in the field. We’ve changed the mold more times than I care to remember but the product will be perfect.

I would expect nothing less than perfect from you guys. I should say thanks for my first 10# plus walleye that came last week off lake wisconsin on a firecracker chartreuse tail ringworm. 28.5 inches with an 18″ girth. Looked like it swallowed a football, but was still hungry for ringworms. Keep kicking out the top notch products.
