That is a sweet deal. Is it a MN LakeMaster for those of us over here?

Are these new or used units Mr. Rehberg? If they are used, how old are the units and what kind of condition are they in?

These units are both compatable with i-pilot link, correct? Is there anything else required to make the i-pilot link functional i.e. cables, connectors etc. (other than what came with my terrova, which has i-pilot link).

If I wanted to use one of these at my bow with the univesal transducer in my Terrova the HD only unit would probably make more sense? Or would the universal sonar not be a good idea?

    Thanks,
    JT

Both will work with link. If you dont have a ethernet system where you have more than one unit connected via ethernet the only thing you will need is a qdm doongle that is for a 700 series. Everything else you needs comes with it. You would need to get a US2 adapter to use the us2 sonar.

The 788ci HD should do you just fine and hook it up to the us2!

How is the 788 better than the 597 ci HD?

Can link 700 series units,I-pilot compatible(I think), 2 sd card slots and 3 preset buttons for your favorite views. Maybe more but those are the biggies.

Those are pretty much the key factors!
