Amazon has the 2904-20 (tool only) drill with detachable handle for $87 right now. This is a good price on a great drill for running a Lite Flite or similar. Plenty of torque, great reputation, and 5 year warranty.

If the link doesn’t show, I’ll edit my post to remove it, and you can just search Amazon for B0BB854SJ8

Thanks mojo! I’ve been having problems with my 2804 so it was time to get a new one.

It lists it as 12V in the title and 18V in the description. Any idea which it really is?

It is the 18V – I’ve had one through two ice fishing seasons running an 8″ Lite Flite auger among other drilling chores and it’s been flawless. Incredible abilities especially for the size.
I highly recommend it if you are going to use Milwaukee M18 tools.

I’ve been looking for a K drill compatible for a while. Thanks for posting.

Home depot has 2 5 amp hour batteries and charger on sale for 179, but you get to pick out another tool for free. Free leaf blower…

Amazon has the 2904-22 kit (2904, 2 of the 5 ah batteries, charger and case) priced at $218.99. – not that I follow pricing on Milwaukee much but this seems like a good price

Terry you made my day. I bought the other drill, got the deal at Home Depot just to have them cancel my battery order but still charge me for the leaf blower. 3 phone calls later finally got all that cancelled, ordered the Amazon deal you found, and will be returning the other drill. BTW, that drill is listed as a 12V again, but it’s the 18V.

Just found it and it is $90 now? i think its the same one.
Not familiar with Milwaukee drills, is this a smaller one? Will it handle 8″ auger bit?

Amazon uses an algorithm that allows prices to fluctuate continually, so increased demand likely drove the price up a few dollars. Still a great value at $90, and as mentioned earlier, it performs flawlessly with an 8″ auger.

Just pick a different seller looks like the price is still $87 from various other sellers. not sure why it defaults to the more expensive option.
