I pulled the trigger and ordered the Tucr deadstick. I had a very nice conversation with one of their customer representatives also assisted me with getting the order done.Thank you all for the feedback, and I hope to let you know what my thoughts are after some used with it in the coming weeks.

You should also order the bait feeder reel from them. I believe TUCR upgrades the drag washer on them. @Dan Baker or @tucr ??? Please confirm

Did you confirm that they still upgrade the drag washer? I believe they do and I bought 3 from them for that reason. Just wondering since I need to order another one also.

Used the new rod with a ceymar 500 baitfeeder this weekend. Did exactly what i wanted with perch and walleye. Great setup for me!

Sorry, was out of town. Yes we do include the drag washers, but they are not installed. The kit is in the box with the reel with all of the grease needed.
